Whitney is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has worked in several hospitals, rural and regional health community settings and in private practice. With qualifications including; post graduate courses in Sports Nutrition and Renal Nutrition; a Masters of Dietetics; a Graduate Certificate of Human Nutrition; and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy, Whitney has a deeper understanding of the human body, health and a breath of expertise
With extensive experience, and advice that is based on scientific evidence, Whitney promotes a realistic and achievable approach to fuelling our bodies, tailored to each individual’s personal preferences, conditions and lifestyle habits.
Nutrition for improving chronic disease and weight management is core business. However, Whitney also can help athletes to develop a strong nutrition foundation, to optimise exercise and sporting goals, as she is a postgraduate of Sports Nutrition through the Australian Institute of Sport and Sports Dietitians Association.
Whitney is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Association Australia, an Associate Member of Sports Dietitians Australia and a registered provider with Medicare and Department of Veteran Affairs. She welcomes referrals from medical practitioners and self-referrals and provides services for private health insurance clients.
