Elaine Dunn has lived just outside Ballarat since 1992 so almost a local.
Throughout her career, Elaine has worked in a multitude of roles spread across marketing, IT, quality assurance, practice management, program and project management, strategic planning in various industries and sectors including mining, local government, national peak body level, not-for-profit, primary production and property valuation to name a few.
For the last several years Elaine has primarily worked in the primary health care sector as a Practice Manager and Alcohol and Other Drugs strategic planning in Grampians region. Prior to this, Elaine also held the role of National Adviser at a national peak body level working in the mental health and Indigenous health fields.
Elaine studied project management, management and health program evaluation at university further refining strong management, leadership and strategic planning expertise.
Passionate about organisation and team culture, collaboration and creating a positive work and client experience, Spectrum Active Health was a natural fit.
In her precious free time, Elaine loves to expand her country garden, travel overseas and promote Spectrum Active Health and the brilliant team involved. Grateful for an amazing group of family, friends and colleagues spread locally and across Australia, Elaine also makes sure the clients and the team at Spectrum Active Health are welcomed in a way that has become customary of Spectrum Active Health.
