We are seeking EOIs from motivated dietitians looking for private practice work in Ballarat for an upcoming position commencing in late March 2019.
The position is a sub-contractor role with our fast-growing clinic, ADVANCED Nutrition & Spectrum Active Health in central Ballarat. It is expected a practitioner will commence at 1 day per week, with further days as the case load grows.
We are looking for someone who will be committed to our organisation long term and that commitment will be rewarded with mentoring, professional development opportunities, and support growth into your areas of interest. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
The role would suit someone who has had private practice or community dietitian experience. The role would include: individual consults. Group work and presentations would be also likely.
Our referral basis includes GPs, Specialists, NDIS, Department of Veteran Affairs and self-referral.
Essential: – Accredited Practising Dietitian – Comfortable working autonomously with the support of a friendly interdisciplinary team – Confident marketing their skills and services – Strong written and verbal communication.
Desired: – Experience in private practice and community dietetics – Experience in diabetes, weight and gastroenterology favourable.
Engagement of Services Information:
The position is on a service agreement basis supported under the ADVANCED Nutrition & Spectrum Active Health umbrella. You will be supported and encouraged to develop your business and professional profile. You will be expected to contribute to ADVANCED Nutrition & Spectrum Active Health’s multi-disciplinary business model and team approach but if you are the right person this will be a natural approach. All this will be discussed further should your application move through to the interview process
